MadFit’s New Dance Party Workout Will Give You 2000s Nostalgia Overload

If you’re in the mood to burn some major calories to the beat of 2000s hit songs, MadFit’s Maddie Lymburner will help you get there. Her latest dance workout video is all about 2000s nostalgia, and it features some of the biggest hits from this era.

In one of her YouTube comments, Lymburner described 2000s as definitely one of her favorite eras in in terms of song choices, and it’s not difficult to see why. This workout includes such classics as “When I Grow Up” by the Pussycat Dolls, “Hollaback Girl” by Gwen Stefani, “Hey Ya!” by OutKast, “One Two Step” by Ciara, and “Fergalicious” by Fergie.

Their catchy beat makes them a perfect pick for dance cardio workout which you can perform without any equipment. Like many of Lymburner’s workout videos, this one features a series of dance-inspired moves that will target different muscle groups and give you a full-body workout.
