Megan Thee Stallion is the Latest Celebrity Sharing Her Health and Fitness Journey

Megan Thee Stallion has been keeping herself busy in 2021—she kicked off the new year with what she calls a “Hottie Bootcamp” series on Instagram. She’s been posting different workouts as well as her healthy eating habits to help hold herself accountable to sticking to these lifestyle changes.

“It’s not necessarily a weight loss journey but a health journey”, she captioned the announcement of her Hottie Bootcamp and in the video explained “the things I’ve been eating are not so good for my body and have been slowing me down”.

In the following video, the rapper shared the steps she’s taking to switch up her diet, which included clearing out her fridge and pantry of foods that didn’t meet her new health goals. Every morning before a workout, Megan drinks a Hot Girl Smoothie consisting of kale, blackberries, strawberries, organic peanut butter, almond milk, and ice.

The “Body” singer has made it clear that she isn’t eating foods she doesn’t like and that she wants to make healthy eating more enjoyable and exciting. In addition to eating healthily, she’s working out with her trainer Tim, and so far she’s shared intense boxing workouts and pole dancing workouts.
