Model Olivia Culpo Explains How She Stays Consistent to Her Workouts

It’s extremely difficult to have a consistent workout plan when your schedule is packed and you’re constantly away from home – but that’s not stopping famous model Olivia Culpo from giving it a shot.

The former Miss USA noticed that most people tend to have phases where they’re really intense with their workouts, followed by the periods when they aren’t committed to their fitness routine at all. She believes it’s important not to fall into the same trap.

“I’ve noticed it’s very important to be consistent with workouts. I try to stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I’m consistent and I don’t wake up one day and realize it’s been two weeks and I haven’t worked out,” Culpo told Shape Magazine.

Her go-to workout routines include Soul Cycle, Pilates, yoga, running, and barre. She’s also a huge fan of P.volve classes thanks to their low-impact approach and because she can easily do them even when she’s away from home.
