Most people struggle to keep their fitness routine interesting while working out from home, but not Paula Abdul. She recently discussed her current regiment with Pop Sugar, and the list of her favorite exercises and fitness classes is pretty much endless.

The legendary singer and dancer revealed that she does so much walking around their neighborhood that even her dog wishes they could go somewhere else. She also does a lot of stretching exercises and tries to take breaks and work out after sitting for too long.

“If I feel myself, where I’m getting stagnant and seated for a long period of time—I push my chair away, I take a break, and I get off the computer,” Abdul told Pop Sugar.

The famous dancer also enjoys firing up her rowing machine every time she watches TV. In addition to describing herself as a fitness “app junkie”, she also enjoys attending several virtual classes, including the ones hosted by Xtend Barre and the dance studio Steezy.

Abdul’s main priority is to keep exercising fun, and she’s trying to adapt to whatever makes her feel good during this time. That’s probably why her workout routine also includes learning some viral TikTok dances.
