Peanut Butter Protein Balls By Leah Itsines

Healthy food blogger Leah Itsines, who has over half a million Instagram followers, started a new guide called BARE Lean, which is designed for those who want to lose weight.

BARE Lean contains over 120 recipes designed to create an energy deficit. This means that by following the guide, you’ll burn more energy then you consume, which leads to weight loss. One of the recipes found in the guide is these delicious peanut butter protein balls. The recipe is enough for five servings, so you can make 10 bigger balls and serve two at a time, or you can make 15 smaller balls and serve three at a time.

  • 100 grams peanut butter
  • 60 milliliter honey
  • 100 grams oats
