It’s always cool when a celebrity shares their secrets about how they lost a lot of weight, or how they became ripped. One reason is because they usually have some great insights, especially since they’re usually guided by the world’s top trainers. And the second reason is that fans look up to them, and therefore they’ll be taken seriously.

Rob action-comedy, the creator and co-star of the live action-comedy sitcom “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”, recently shared insights about how he got “jacked” while on the show, and here’s what he had to say.

Unlike other stars, who take themselves way too seriously, Rob flipped the script by acknowledging that he has different privileges than others. After joking that “it’s not that hard”, he said that the only thing you really need to do is to “lift weights six days a week, stop drinking alcohol, don’t eat anything after 7 PM, don’t eat any carbs or sugar at all.”

He continued, “In fact just don’t eat anything you like, get the personal trainer from Magic Mike, sleep nine hours a night, run three miles a day, and have a studio pay for the whole thing over a six to seven month span.” In other words, he had insights to offer, but he maintained that he had a little bit of an advantage.
