Rollerblading is Ashley Graham’s Favorite Summer Workout

We’re all looking for fun new ways to stay fit, and it seems like Ashley Graham found hers. The famous model recently revealed that she enjoys staying active by causally rollerblading around her neighborhood.

Graham recently shared an Instagram video that shows her taking an old pair of rollerblades she used to ride in high school for a spin around her neighborhood. She was inspired to do “a few laps in between Zooms” after seeing everyone on TikTok was suddenly taking up rollerblading.

Teens on TikTok may be obsessed with this fun activity because it’s trendy to do it right now, but that doesn’t minimize its health benefits. Rollerblading is a super-effective workout, which can improve your balance and flexibility.

Rollerblading also targets several lower body muscle groups, including quads and glutes, and it’s a great alternative for other cardio activities, such as running and cycling. It’s not difficult to see why Graham likes it so much, and we hope her video will inspire you to look for your old pair of high school rollerblades.
