Selena Gomez Shares a Sneak Peek at Her Intense Fitness Routine

Selena Gomez is one of the rare celebrities who never discusses their fitness routine in detail, but she’s finally ready to spill the beans. The young singer recently shared a short workout video on TikTok and her gym sessions look pretty intense.

Gomez’s workout video was followed by a cheeky caption that read, “feeling great…but also [grinning emoji with a drop of sweat],” and included a series of epic full-body moves. Sumo squats, overhead punches with dumbbells, donkey kicks, and leg raises with ankle weights are some of the moves included in her intense routine.

When discussing her workout routine with Marie Claire in 2020, Gomez admitted she’s not a huge fan of working out. She still found a way to keep herself motivated by looking for workout videos on YouTube and doing everything from old-school workouts to more current ones.

Her trainer Amy Rosoff Davis also shared details about her approach with her celebrity clients on several occasions in the past. She believes in switching things up almost every day to keep the muscles engaged. Planks are one of her go-to moves because there are a lot of variations that can help you work your entire body.
