Summer is the season of amazing workout challenges, and many of our favorite fitness influencers shared their own in the past few weeks. Cassey Ho couldn’t wait to embrace this trend and she dropped Blogilates 200 Ab Challenge just in time for summer.

If you’ve been following Ho for quite some time, you already know that she started developing amazing workout challenges before they were cool. She took the world by storm with her 100 Ab Challenge back in 2018, and its follow-up is even more epic.

“100 reps of abs and 100 reps of heart-pumping cardio to give you a perfect mix of strength building and fat burning! This challenge will build your core strength with the ab exercises, and will also help you lean out with the cardio exercise,” explained Ho on Instagram.

She also pointed out that achieving a perfect six-pack is a different journey for every person. Even if you’re following her program every day, some people are more likely to achieve the goal because they naturally have lower body fat and higher metabolism.

Cassey Ho’s Blogilates workouts are a gift that keeps on giving, and she had a special guest in one of her latest videos. Famous dancer Julianne Hough joined her for a special dancer’s body Pilates workout, and every minute of this fitness routine is pure gold.

Ho teased her collaboration with Hough about a month ago, but it took some time for the actual workout video to make its way to her YouTube channel. The Blogilates founder has been a huge fan of Hough’s ever since her very first appearance on Dancing with the Stars, and she’s been dreaming about working out by her side ever since.

If resistance bands happen to be your favorite piece of equipment, Cassey Ho of Blogilates is here to take your fitness routine to a whole new level. One of her latest workout videos is all about using this affordable piece of equipment to elevate your home workouts.

Unlike most fitness bloggers who are mostly sharing equipment-free workouts to appeal to a wider audience, Ho decided to try something a little bit different by integrating resistance bands into her fitness routine. This is no coincidence since she recently joined forces with activewear brand PopFlex to release a new line of resistance bands.

They come in three levels of intensity—light, medium, and heavy—and were designed with glutes in mind, but can also be used to tone other muscle groups. Even if you don’t have PopFlex resistance bands, you can perform this workout with your personal set.

The main misconception about Pilates is that it’s not as good of a workout for working your body as other workouts.

Brie Larson knows about being a superhero, after all, she starred in Captain Marvel. To show off her super-strength, the actress teamed up with Blogilates founder Cassey Ho for a video on Larson’s YouTube channel where she takes on a challenge she’s never done before—100 sit-ups in five minutes.

In the video, Larson and Ho really weren’t sure if they could complete the challenge and although Larson’s no stranger to intense workouts as she loves indoor rock climbing, has completed pull-ups with steel chains, and done 400-pound hip thrusts.

Well, it comes as no surprise that Larson and Ho crushed the challenge. Throughout the challenge, they even managed to maintain proper form by stabilizing their bodies by keeping their feet weighted under dumbbells, with their hand over their chest or by their sides, sitting up nice and tall and then curling their spines back down.

What’s even more impressive is that they managed to chat and get to know each other while completing them. The duo completed the challenge in 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Over on Ho’s Blogilates channel, the pair teamed up for a separate “Superhero Ab Workout” which was done right after they finished their “100 sit-ups in 5 minutes” challenge. In Ho’s video, they worked their abs even more with Pilates roll-ups, leg lifts, single-leg jackknife splits, corkscrews, and more.

Ho teased her collaboration with Hough about a month ago, but it took some time for the actual workout video to make its way to her YouTube channel. The Blogilates founder has been a huge fan of Hough’s ever since her very first appearance on Dancing with the Stars, and she’s been dreaming about working out by her side ever since.

“It was amazing meeting Julianne in person. She’s even sweeter than I thought and super real. I have so much respect for her journey and how she continues to progress her career,” wrote Ho on Instagram.

It takes about 20 minutes to make it through this body Pilates workout, and Ho will be sharing useful instructions along the way in case you’re a total beginner. In an attempt to honor Hough and her dancer roots, Ho made sure to include flowing, graceful Pilates moves into this workout. If resistance bands happen to be your favorite piece of equipment, Cassey Ho of Blogilates is here to take your fitness routine to a whole new level. One of her latest workout videos is all about using this affordable piece of equipment to elevate your home workouts.

Unlike most fitness bloggers who are mostly sharing equipment-free workouts to appeal to a wider audience, Ho decided to try something a little bit different by integrating resistance bands into her fitness routine. This is no coincidence since she recently joined forces with activewear brand PopFlex to release a new line of resistance bands.

They come in three levels of intensity—light, medium, and heavy—and were designed with glutes in mind, but can also be used to tone other muscle groups. Even if you don’t have PopFlex resistance bands, you can perform this workout with your personal set.

The list of exercises featured in this workout includes archer squats, kneeling side squeezes, bridge press outs, and many more. It only takes 15 minutes to go through all the moves, and Ho will give you useful instructions that you can use to correct your form along the way.

Blogilates instructor Cassey Ho takes fitness seriously and in addition to calling out unrealistic beauty standards and getting honest about her insecurities, she’s setting the record straight about Pilates. The main misconception about Pilates is that it’s not as good of a workout for working your body as other workouts.

In her latest Instagram post, Ho debunked the myth that the controlled movements in Pilates are easy by showing a series of Pilates moves including teasers and side planks. While showing the moves she sings, “I be minding my own business, getting fit with my Pilates, when I hear the boys say, ‘Does that even work your body?’ Does that even work your body?! Brie Larson knows about being a superhero, after all, she starred in Captain Marvel. To show off her super-strength, the actress teamed up with Blogilates founder Cassey Ho for a video on Larson’s YouTube channel where she takes on a challenge she’s never done before—100 sit-ups in five minutes.

In the video, Larson and Ho really weren’t sure if they could complete the challenge and although Larson’s no stranger to intense workouts as she loves indoor rock climbing, has completed pull-ups with steel chains, and done 400-pound hip thrusts.

Well, it comes as no surprise that Larson and Ho crushed the challenge. Throughout the challenge, they even managed to maintain proper form by stabilizing their bodies by keeping their feet weighted under dumbbells, with their hand over their chest or by their sides, sitting up nice and tall and then curling their spines back down.

What’s even more impressive is that they managed to chat and get to know each other while completing them. The duo completed the challenge in 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Over on Ho’s Blogilates channel, the pair teamed up for a separate “Superhero Ab Workout” which was done right after they finished their “100 sit-ups in 5 minutes” challenge. In Ho’s video, they worked their abs even more with Pilates roll-ups, leg lifts, single-leg jackknife splits, corkscrews, and more.
