Blogilates Has a Perfect Workout for Fans of Resistance Bands

If resistance bands happen to be your favorite piece of equipment, Cassey Ho of Blogilates is here to take your fitness routine to a whole new level. One of her latest workout videos is all about using this affordable piece of equipment to elevate your home workouts.

Unlike most fitness bloggers who are mostly sharing equipment-free workouts to appeal to a wider audience, Ho decided to try something a little bit different by integrating resistance bands into her fitness routine. This is no coincidence since she recently joined forces with activewear brand PopFlex to release a new line of resistance bands.

They come in three levels of intensity—light, medium, and heavy—and were designed with glutes in mind, but can also be used to tone other muscle groups. Even if you don’t have PopFlex resistance bands, you can perform this workout with your personal set.

The list of exercises featured in this workout includes archer squats, kneeling side squeezes, bridge press outs, and many more. It only takes 15 minutes to go through all the moves, and Ho will give you useful instructions that you can use to correct your form along the way.
