Pilates is one of those workout regimens that are never going out of style, but it’s slowly infiltrating other workout programs as well. Many of our favorite fitness YouTubers shared Pilates-inspired workouts in the last few weeks, and here are some of the very best.

Robertson’s workout videos are more focused on strength training than cardio, and her Pilates-inspired workout reflects her approach to fitness. It puts a HIIT twist on some of her favorite Pilates moves and proves they can be truly challenging.


Pilates workouts are one of the staples of Cassey Ho’s hit YouTube channel Blogilates. She’s been making them for years, but she really upped her game in the last few weeks and gave us a couple of pretty epic workouts that combine the elements of Pilates and cardio.

Lilly Sabri

Lilly Sabri’s YouTube channel is pretty versatile, but many of her recent workouts seem to be Pilates-inspired. One of the best examples is this 30-minute workout which contains core exercises that will help you tone your abs and sculpt your waist.
