Fabletics founder Kate Hudson has always been about health and fitness and she’s been open about her love for workout classes and outdoor exercise, especially Pilates. Like the rest of us, she’s had a difficult time staying motivated during the pandemic. “I haven’t really been working out like I normally do,” she revealed in a recent YouTube chat with Gucci Westman, a makeup artist and founder of cosmetics line Westman Atelier. “My body could feel [the lack of exercise], and I was like, ‘Okay, I’m getting back [into it].'”

So, what’s helped the actress get back on track? Obé Fitness, an online workout streaming service that she started using over the summer. During her chat with Westman, Hudson said she’s been taking the 28-minute classes at least once a day, five days a week.

Obé has tons of live-stream and on-demand classes including Pilates, yoga, strength training, boxing, dancing, and HIIT. The classes range from 10 to 60 minutes long and they can be done in your home with usually no equipment besides for a mat. They’re suitable for any fitness level.

While some classes use sliders, ankle weights, light dumbbells, or resistance bands, you can use basic household items instead of weights.

Each day there are 22-live stream workouts and over 4,500 on-demand classes to choose from. If you’re interested in giving the app a try, you can sign up for a one-week free trail. For a monthly subscription, it costs $27.
