When working out isn’t a part of our main routine, it can be really hard to get things going. Everyone who’s ever starting something new knows how hard it can be to break the cycle, but there are certain things you can do to make this process extremely easy. If you don’t start slow, you’re going to burn out pretty quickly. Of course, this isn’t the case for everyone, but more often than not people who are just starting out need to take baby steps.
