“Save Your Tears” is the latest song from The Weeknd’s hit album After Hours to climb the charts, and it was just a matter of time before it made its way to our workout playlist. Maddie Lymburner of MadFit even prepared an epic workout video to the beat of this catchy tune.

With 5.4 million subscribers and counting, Lymburner is one of YouTube’s shiniest fitness stars, and for a good reason. Her dance cardio videos make working out more fun, and they’re perfect for people who struggle with motivation since it only takes a few minutes to go through them.

That’s also the case with her “Save Your Tears” video, which she filmed in an attempt to give her subscribers “a KILLER cardio/leg workout”. Like the majority of her workout videos, this one can be performed with no equipment and it will target several muscle groups at once.

As Lymburner promised, this workout is a great pick for a leg day, since it includes several pretty intense variations of squats, lunges, and kicks, with jumping and kickbox-inspired moves. The video is short but pretty demanding, so give it your all to get through it and “Save Your Tears” for after the workout.
