This 3-Minute BTS Cardio Workout is Great for Your Abs

South Korean boy band BTS recently came out with a new song called Dynamite which quickly won over fans. Only four days after the song premiered, Mylee Dance choreographed the perfect moves for it so you can play it at home and replicate the intense moves. “Only three minutes? How hard can it be?”, you may ask yourself, but stick with the video and see for yourself.

Mylee Dance is a Youtube account with over one million followers. Trust us, you’re going to get sweaty before you even begin to memorize the moves! The choreography is fast and energetic, so it may take you several tries to be able to replicate it, but it’s a fun way to learn! If you’re going to listen to the song on repeat anyway, you may as well do the workout with it!
