Staying active is extremely important, so it’s hard to determine which time of the day is the best for exercising, running, or any other physical activity. As long as you’re doing your best to stay in shape, you shouldn’t overthink when to do it. Runners are always wondering when is the best time for a run, morning, evening, or night.

Whichever you choose, there are many advantages and disadvantages, so there is no wrong or right time. If you are a morning person and you prefer to run early, that is a great jump start of the day. You will burn more calories, but many people find it difficult to be active that early.

Lunchtime is another great option because your body is still going strong and is not tired. The only thing you have to remember is not to run right after lunch. It can slow you down, plus you will feel very uncomfortable.

It’s really hard to pick the best time for a run. There are many people who really enjoy doing it in the evening. The good part is that you will feel more energetic after it, but you can end up not being able to fall asleep right away.
