This Low Impact Workout is Amazing for All Body Types

The YouTube channel Body Project is constantly sharing high energy, motivating workouts to do from home, ranging from HIIT cardio and resistance training to Pilates and yoga. One of their latest low-impact workouts is true refreshment because it includes exercises for different body types and fitness levels.

The Body Project leader Daniel Bartlett is taking charge of this workout alongside two fellow trainers. You can join them as they perform a wide range of full-body exercises over the course of 45 minutes.
