Tiffany Haddish Shares the Results of Her 30-Day Transformation Program

The 30-day challenges have been ruling the fitness world for a couple of years now, and even celebrities can’t resist their charm. Tiffany Haddish recently took part in one, and the final results are truly amazing.

Back in late November, the Girls Trip star announced she’d be taking part in the 30 Day Transformation Team program. She made this decision after losing 40 lbs during the pandemic, but now that the program is over, Haddish is more interested in toning up than losing weight.

“I don’t really want to lose any more weight. I want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle. The goal is to have abs by New Year’s Day,” she explained while discussing her fitness journey with People. She later revealed that she also lost an additional 10 lbs during the program.

In addition to switching up her fitness routine, Haddish also significantly changed her diet this year. She previously told People that she’s consuming more vegetables and eating directly out of her garden in an attempt to embrace a healthier lifestyle. The diet that went along with her 30-day transformation plan mostly consisted of vegan meals, but she still doesn’t intend to completely ditch meat.
