Here’s How to Make Treadmill Workouts More Fun

Running on a treadmill may be one of the most efficient ways to burn some major calories, but it can become extremely monotonous after a while. Here are three ways to battle boredom during your treadmill workouts.

Try to Multitask

Treadmill workouts can be boring because you’re basically standing in one place the whole time, but there’s so much more you could be doing. Use this time to catch up with new episodes of your favorite TV show or listen to a podcast or your workout playlist.

Mix Things Up

Exercising on a treadmill doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t do anything but walk and run. Mix things up by adding variations to your workout, changing the pace, and adding intervals. Time will fly by and you won’t be bored for a second.
