Get Up

Don’t forget to get up every once in a while in order to stretch your back and legs. Taking a short walk around the office at least once or twice in an hour is a must for people who work desk jobs.

Adjust Your Workspace

In order to prevent back pain or injuries, you should optimize your workspace as much as you can. Make sure you don’t have to bend forward in order to read, write, or type on the keyboard and that the top of your monitor is at eye level.
