New activewear lines are popping up everywhere these days, and the list of celebrities with their own is getting longer as we speak. Victoria’s Secret model Devon Windsor is the latest star to announce she’s entering the activewear scene with her new line DW Sport.
Launching her own line of workout clothes was an obvious choice for Windsor—but not because everyone else is doing that. This brand is a spiritual successor of her swimwear company DW Swim, and she also got a lot of great advice from her husband Jonathan Barbara, the co-owner of women’s wear line Alexis.
When it comes to the vibe that Windsor is going for, she doesn’t want to offer plain leggings and a plain black sports bra to her customers. Her main goal is to create super elevated, high-end activewear, just like she did with her swimwear.
“I want to spice it up. I want to be unique and different. I want somebody to put our swim or sport on and be like, ‘Wow, I’m really standing out from the crowd,’ be nice and confident. That’s my goal,” explained Windsor.
The first DW Sport drop will feature three sports bras, six tops, six leggings, and two jackets. The entire line will be available here, starting on February 11th.
