We’re in Love with Heather Robertson’s Cardio Kickboxing Workout

Kickboxing is one of the best fitness routines for stress reduction, but what if you’re trying to integrate it into your workouts without doing it full-time? Cardio kickboxing workouts are a good place to start, and Heather Robertson shared one of our absolute favorites so far.

With over a million subscribers under her belt, Robertson is one of YouTube’s biggest rising fitness stars, and her workout videos are a gift that keeps on giving. Her cardio kickboxing workout is no different, and you can perform it in under 30 minutes with a set of wrist weights or no equipment at all.

Robertson’s fans have been requesting this workout for quite some time, but it took a while before she made it happen because it’s out of her comfort zone. She eventually gave in and created a fun clip filled with kickboxing-inspired exercises that will get your heart rate up, help you burn fat, and improve endurance.

Robertson did two rounds of each exercise, with 30 seconds of active work and 10 seconds of rest in between. She included a wide range of different moves, such as squats, lunges, kicks, and jumping jacks, but put a kickboxing spin on each one, making them even more demanding.
