Check Out Amazing Workout That Ellen DeGeneres Does Before Her Show

Ellen DeGeneres has hosted hundreds of episodes of her daily talk show, and she came up with a pretty amazing way to stay fit behind the scenes. The beloved TV personality apparently enjoys doing a little workout before hitting the stage, and she makes it seem pretty effortless.

DeGeneres recently shared a video of her pre-show workout alongside her sidekick Stephen “tWitch” Boss. Judging by the looks of their tiny dressing room “gym,” they take things pretty seriously, since they have everything from balance balls to dumbbells at their disposal.

The video is pretty short, and it only shows the duo doing two exercises – a plank with shoulder tap and a knee drive and high plank with a hold that lasts between 10 and 30 seconds. In addition to being great for your core, these exercises are also amazing for your shoulder stability and can activate your chest, quads, and glutes.

Ellen’s age-defying appearance has always been a mystery, so it’s really nice to see what she does behind the scenes to stay so fit. Hopefully, she’ll share some more workout videos in the future – judging by all the equipment lying around, this is certainly not her whole routine.
