Home HIIT workouts experienced a huge rise in popularity in the last few months, but there’s one downside to them. Many of them include a lot of jumping, but Heather Robertson came up with an amazing HIIT workout that doesn’t.

Jumping is often a crucial part of HIIT workouts, but there are a few reasons why people avoid it. Some simply don’t like it, others avoid it because it puts too much pressure on their joints, and it can also be extremely noisy.

Robertson’s HIIT workout includes no jumping, but you need a set of small dumbbells for certain exercises. The workout may be low-impact, which isn’t stopping it from being intense, and it takes about half an hour to go through all the moves.

After warming up, you’ll do a wide range of full-body motions ranging from squats, calf raises, push-ups, leg lifts, deadlift lunges, and curls, and many more. Robertson used dumbbells in many exercises, but they’re not necessary if you don’t have them or if you’re still a beginner.
