Medical Medium Lifestyle While Traveling ✈️ . The information shared by @medicalmedium provides us with the knowledge and tools to care for ourselves while healing from chronic illness AND while working to prevent future illness. ❤️ . Travel is stressful on the body. For years, I was too sick to travel. Travel led to swelling, bloating, insomnia, fevers, strep throat, and flares of anxiety and depression. . Now, I’ve learned how to provide support to my body while traveling and it has made all the difference! I say this as I’m driving home from a weekend trip with no symptoms. For those who know what it means to be so chronically ill that you are unable to travel for years and years..you get what an amazing accomplishment this is! ❤️Thanks to @medicalmedium. 🙏🏼 . Here are a few travel tips: ✅ pack your supplements in a pill organizer. ✅ bring adrenal snacks like dates, bananas, & celery sticks. ✅ take extra adrenal supports if you’ll be up late or up early. ✅ Stay super hydrated! You should be peeing every 2 hours. ✅ Eat cooked food at restaurants (raw food safer at vegan restaurants). ✅ @wholefoods makes straight celery juice at many locations. ✅ To find a restaurant, I google “vegan restaurants” and then check if their menu shows “gluten-free” options. These tend to be the most accommodating. ✅ Send a short email or text to your travel companions at least a few days in advance, explaining your situation so they will be able to support you. I ask that no one wears perfume😷 but I also pack a face mask in case someone forgets. Perfume contains toxic chemicals that we do not tolerate well when our livers are already sluggish. ✅ Bring travel-sized @drbronner soap in your purse, so you can avoid toxic, perfumed soaps in restrooms. ✅ Bring a travel @berkey_filters water bottle or aim to buy @fijiwater to avoid tap water, and which may be highly chlorinated and contaminated. . . . #medicalmedium #medicalmediumprotocol #medicalmediumlifestyle #medicalmediumcleanse #medicalmediumwarrior #celeryjuice

Helps Digestive System

Celery is a great companion to your digestive system and has many benefits for the stomach. It has an alkalizing effect and neutralizes effects of acidic foods you eat throughout the day.
