Even if you take your workout routine seriously, let’s face it, you don’t always have any professional sports equipment at hand. Obviously, things like weights and resistance bands can help diversify your practice and take it up a notch. But it’s important to remember that equipment is really not a must in order to have an effective home workout. There are tons of amazing zero-equipment workout videos to choose from! Here are three great ones.

Body Project’s Low Impact Cardio

This is a great “one size fits all” workout in case you’re not sure what’s your style and are just looking for someplace to start. The upbeat Body Project team looks like people you’d normally see on the street, which doesn’t set unrealistic body standards, giving you the freedom to move your body without overthinking it.

Growingannana’s Full Body HIIT

Another solid 30-minute no-equipment workout from Growingannanas’s YouTube channel. Just a heads up: she somehow makes it look easy, but it’s not. But hey, it’s worth it.

MadFit’s 90’s Dance Party

This is by far one of the best no-equipment workouts out there, since it’s a pure 90’s party! Really, can you think of a better way to work out than hopping to the sounds of Britney Spears and the Backstreet Boys? A word of warning on this one too, though: it’s a lot harder than it looks.
