Brooke Shields is one of the celebrities who enjoy sharing snippets of their workout routine with their fans, and she’s showing no signs of stopping. She recently posted a stability ball training on Instagram, and it was just the latest in the line of many live workouts she shared in the past.
Shields joined forces with her personal trainer Ngo Okafor, who walked her through a series of stability ball exercises and advised her how to correct her form. Their latest workout was focused on toning the glutes and it mostly consists of Superman planks.
This isn’t the first time that Brooke Shields shared her home workout with the world. She actually has a habit of posting her live routines several times a month, and each video lasts between 15 and 60 minutes.
Her trainer Ngo Okafor always tunes in via Zoom to walk her through each exercise. They’ve focused on many different muscle groups over the course of the last few months, but most of their exercises put emphasis on abs and glutes.
