September is National Yoga Month and yogis around the world are going to celebrate it by sharing the love for this ancient practice. Here are three things you can do to celebrate yoga this month.

Try a New Location

One of the greatest things about yoga is that you can practice it virtually anywhere. A yoga studio, your home, and the beach are all great locations for a yoga session. Perhaps it’s time to try some new places this month, like your local park. Who knows, you may meet other enthusiasts there! 

Gift Friend a Class

Gifting your friend a month of yoga at your favorite studio can be enough to hook them for life. Worst case scenario, they get to try something new and get more active. Best case, you continue to exercise together for years to come.

Set New Goals

If you have a routine that you can now do in the middle of the night, with your eyes closed, perhaps it’s time for a challenge and some new goals. Start small and see what works for you and what doesn’t. Maybe you can try a new type of yoga or simply add some new movements to your routine.
