The actress Kaley Cuoco may be our favorite, as she often shares photos and videos of herself working out, proving that there’s a lot of hard work behind her success. One of the latest posts shows her working out with trainer Ryan Sorensen and we can see that she’s very serious about it.

The workout starts with her hair down as she does lighter stretching but we see that she had to pull up her hair later as it got more intense. The photos do a great job when it comes to showing her emotions throughout the training, and we see how happy and relieved she is in the end when everything is done.
