Dua Lipa Shares Healthy Diet That’s Keeping Her Fit

Many of our favorite stars have given podcasting a shot, and Dua Lipa decided to hop on this trend with her podcast Dua Lipa: At Your Service. In one of the latest episodes, she took some time to share the secrets behind her great shape and spilled the beans about her healthy diet.

The “New Rules” singer discussed the eating habits that are keeping her fit and healthy, and revealed she drinks a lot of water and takes vitamins throughout the day but usually avoids eating after 6 pm.

“When I eat really late my body does not really work through and it takes too long to process food and it does not prepare anything else in my body,” explained Lipa on her podcast.

When it comes to individual meals, the Grammy-winning star enjoys eating eggs and fruit for breakfast, while chicken salad with veggies and a cold juice is her go-to lunch. She enjoys eating vegetables with fish for dinner, and banana and cashew butter happen to be her favorite pre-workout snack.

Even though she avoids eating late at night, Lipa isn’t really one to deprive herself. The singer previously told Beauty Crew that she’s no stranger to “naughty treats” but she tries to strike the perfect balance and eat them on the days when she’s not too busy.
