Eva Longoria’s love for food is clear after looking at her Instagram. The 45-year-old actress has shared her recipe for orange sorbet, eggplant Milanese, and chicken salad crostini on her social media. “I’ve been cooking for 20 years and I may not be a chef, but I’m a really good cook,” she told Women’s Health. She loves finding ways to spice up new recipes and to challenge herself by creating new meals. Longoria’s all about eating adventurous, she experiments in the kitchen and she doesn’t worry about measuring her food or dieting. Here’s what her meals look like.

Breakfast

The actress has been spending lots of time in Mexico, which is big on breakfast. She enjoys eating chilaquiles and huevos rancheros. On other days, she bakes homemade bagels or croissants, which she took a MasterClass on making them.

Lunch

Longoria’s lunches are eaten a lot later in the day like at four or five in the afternoon. They include homemade pasta or chicken tacos with tomatillo sauce.

Snacks

Longoria isn’t big on sweets, so when she munches between meals, she prefers something salty like olives or potato chips.

Dinner

Breakfast and lunch are the main meals for Longoria, and her dinners are usually light. Because her lunches are late, she eats dinner around 9:30. She enjoys eating soup, and Italian wedding soup is one of her favorites to make.

Dessert

The actress isn’t a sweets person, so she prefers to end her day with a nice alcoholic drink like Stella.
