Gisele Bündchen Shares Her Favorite Core Workout

Gisele Bündchen is one of the most iconic Victoria’s Secret Angels, and she’s still as fit as she was during her modeling heyday. The Brazilian supermodel recently shared a video of her favorite workout, showing the world how she stays in such great shape.

Bündchen captioned the video writing, “Moving my body always makes me feel so good and, as many of you have been asking me to share my exercise routine,” and did a series of her favorite core-strengthening moves to the beat of “Make It Right” by BTS.

The list of exercises she performed in the video includes toe touches, single-leg stretches, regular and reverse bicycles, frog crunches, heel claps, swimming moves, back extensions, jumping jacks in prone, mountain climbers, chest lifts, and several different plank variations.

You can watch Bündchen perform the moves and repeat them on your own, doing 10-15 reps of each. The famous model also revealed she usually does two or three sets of this routine, depending on how she’s feeling.
