Hailey Bieber Details Her Diet and Fitness Routine

Hailey Bieber is one of the most popular models on Instagram, and her fans are constantly wondering how she manages to stay in such great shape. Luckily for them, she shared her diet and workout plan in a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

Bieber said she struggled to go from leading a “busy lifestyle where [she’s] constantly moving to complete standstill.” That’s why she decided to give herself a quarantine workout routine and took Zoom workout classes.

The famous model is also a huge fan of Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens her muscles. She additionally discovered her love for boxing while in quarantine and came to the conclusion that “remembering the combinations and learning how to move [her] body” is really good for her mental health.

Quarantine also changed her approach to dieting, and Bieber adapted to a plant-based diet for two months but eventually decided it wasn’t the right fit for her.

“I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don’t eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don’t eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils,” Bieber told Harper’s Bazaar.
