Healthy Mac And Cheese Recipe You Will Love

Ingredients:

  • 1 box chickpea pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 scoop protein
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, add two cups of water and add the chickpea pasta, without the cheese. Add the butter and stir to combine all. Leave it to cook for about 5-6 minutes.

In another bowl, while pasta is cooking, add the cheese packet from the box of pasta and mix it with one scoop protein and half cup of milk. Mix until it becomes smooth. Set aside.
