With the colder weather, finding the motivation to get up and move your body can be increasingly harder. If running is still your preferred go-to workout, try wearing a wool headband, hat, beanie, gloves, and scarf. It’s easy to tuck them into your pockets if you get too hot. However, if leaving the house is not an option, try these three easy at-home workouts this winter.

Jump Rope

Jumping rope is a great cardio exercise you can do in the comfort of your home. Jumping rope is a great way to raise your heart rate quickly. If you jump for 30 minutes, you are guaranteed to be sweating.

Boxing

Boxing or kickboxing might come as a surprise, but it’s a great workout to increase your heart rate quickly. While you may not have a punching bag or gloves, doing the movements is still a workout.

Yoga

With the colder weather, it’s common for your muscles to tense up making you feel like an un-oiled tin man. Practicing yoga is an excellent workout in the morning to help stretch your muscles and help you think loser in cold weather.
