Jenna Dewan is the latest celebrity to share her pregnancy fitness regiment with the world, and there’s a single routine that she swears by. The Step Up star credits Pilates with helping her heal her body and stay in shape before and after giving birth.
Dewan spoke highly of Pilates in the past, and she recently praised this activity for getting her through all the stages of pregnancy and quarantine. She gave a shout-out to her celebrity trainer Kim of Physical Perfection Pilates, and called Pilates the only workout “that heals your body at the same time as staying in shape.”
Her sweet caption was accompanied by several workout videos that look much more intense than expected. It doesn’t just include equipment-free and balance ball exercises, but several more complex movements that require sophisticated Pilates machines.
