While working out at home, it’s easy to get bored with your workouts. That’s why we like to switch things up every so often with new classes and exercises. Jennifer Garner’s got us covered with workout inspiration as she just shared a workout class that she’s been doing every morning during quarantine.

Garner posted on Instagram that she does a virtual dance cardio class taught by Beth Nicely every morning, “Every morning of quarantine I have subjected myself to the evil, wonderful ways of @thelimitfit@bethjnicely is sweet but, as they say, a psycho. 😈♥️😁” She also added that they do mostly HIIT workouts.

Nicely’s a Broadway dancer and certified trainer, and she launched The Limit after losing her job as a performer and Body By Simone instructor as a result of the pandemic. The Limit’s classes are an hour long and they’re hosted on Zoom every weekday for $20. Mondays and Wednesdays there’s dance cardio and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays there’s cardio tone.

The classes start with a warmup, and then they have 15 minutes of high-intensity, non-stop dance cardio. If you’re not a dancer, don’t worry as the choreography repeats throughout the exercise, and you’ll pick it up after a few rounds. There’s also a round of HIIT intervals which include tuck jumps, star jumps, and burpees.
