Join Joe Holder for a Quick, Efficient 19-Minute Workout

Nike trainer Joe Holder is known for what he calls exercise snacks. In his terms, an exercise snack is when you do a quick and efficient workout instead of spending hours training without any real plan. He creates short and sweet workouts that help you feel a lot better and achieve your fitness goals with minimal time invested.

Recently, Holder shared a new “high-intensity burner”, called exercise snack class #7 on Instagram. In a 19-minute IGTV video, Holder invites you to workout with him. We watched the video and it looks really intense! This is definitely not for beginners, but it’s great if you want to challenge yourself and don’t have time for a full-length workout. It will leave you feeling stronger and more motivated to continue your day, we’re sure about that. 

It’s important to warm up your body for five minutes before getting to the actual workout. The workout consists of repetitive moves in circuit style. You repeat each of the moves for 30 seconds and take little or no rest in between moves. It’s very important to cool down after finishing the workout, so never skip this part!
