Kaley Cuoco is one of our biggest fitness muses because she’s always open to trying brand-new routines, no matter how unusual they may seem. The latest fitness craze to receive her seal of approval comes in the form of a flexible fitness tool called Stick Mobility.
In one of her latest workout videos, Cuoco worked on her balance and core stability alongside her trainer Ryan Sorensen. She can be seen trying to keep her balance while kneeling on a stability ball and using two sticks to keep herself upright.
The sticks in question are the main fitness tool in the training system known by the name Stick Mobility, which focuses on flexibility, strength, and coordination. According to their official website, these exercises mix joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to build a strong foundation for better movement.
None of this would be possible without Mobility Stick, a flexible tool specifically designed to increase the functional range of motion and muscle activation. Cuoco did her workout with two sticks, and admitted it’s “harder than it looks”, but Stick Mobility workouts can be performed in many different ways, with one or two sticks of different length.
