Castano told Page Six that he believes it’s important to set “attainable and realistic, but also measurable” goals and build healthy habits by implementing small changes.

Share Your Goals

The celebrity trainer also believes it’s important to share your goals with “anyone that will listen” because these people will help you stay accountable.

45 Minutes

Castano insists on 45 minutes of activity a day when it comes to his clients. It doesn’t always have to be a grueling high-intensity workout, because a relaxing walk is sometimes enough.

Perfect Balance

Striving towards your goals is important, and this trainer recommends you do it 80% of the time and allow yourself to enjoy yourself without feeling pressured for that other 20%.

Switching Things Up

Castano’s main priority is that his clients find a workout they enjoy. He also thinks it’s important to switch things up by adding some new equipment to the mix.
