Sydney Cummings’ Burn Program Will Help You Crush Your Fitness Goals

Would you like to do an intense, comprehensive, gym-style workout in the comfort of your home, but aren’t quite sure where to find them? Sydney Cummings’ YouTube channel is just the place for you, especially if you decide to give her recent Burn Program a try.

Cummings kicked off this fitness challenge at the beginning of March, but you can still try it on your own schedule. Her main goal was to create “a well-rounded, progressive, full-body and cardio program that you can do all in your own home.”

The fitness YouTuber promised a series of strength, sculpt, and sweat challenges that can help you achieve a strong, lean, and powerful body, and that’s exactly what she delivered. She already shared a series of 20- to 45-minute long workouts that are incredibly versatile and incorporate everything from HIIT to cardio.

Cummings mostly focused on sharing full-body workouts, but some of them focus on specific muscle groups. She also made sure to include elements of many popular routines, such as Pilates, Tabata, and AMRAP workouts.
