Let’s be real. It can be incredibly hard to find times throughout the week to work out. If you have a family and a job, chances are you’ve got yourself a ton of responsibilities to juggle, which means that finding time to exercise can sometimes seem like looking for a needle in a haystack. But if you just take a deep breath, relax, and count backward from ten, we can help you find the perfect time during the week to do it. Here are some great options.

Late Sunday Night

Sunday itself isn’t necessarily the greatest day to work out because while you don’t have work, that also means your kids don’t have school. Usually, you’ll be on father or mother duty for most of the day, but by the time the sun goes down, your kids will be so tired from all of those activities that you can sneak in some great workout time.

Any Morning, But Super Early

Being a parent usually means you need to learn how to be up early, and every day. Your kids are waking up early and getting ready for the day, which means you’ve got to be ready for them. But if you really want to play chess while the world around you plays checkers, find a way to wake up even earlier than your kids. That’ll carve out a beautiful time period for you to work out, bright and early and it will set the mood right for the rest of your day.
