- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with buckwheat or fresh berries and enjoy.
