This Smoothie Recipe Will Fuel Your Day

This smoothie recipe is easy to make and is the perfect option for a post-workout meal. The ingredients are easy to buy and make them last a while, so you don’t spend crazy money on your health.

Blend the following ingredients together:

  • A quarter cup of soy or almond milk
  • Four ounces plain greek yogurt
  • Half a medium banana
  • Half scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • Half a teaspoon of spirulina
  • Two teaspoons cacao nibs
  • A teaspoon of date honey
  • Dash of cinnamon

Be sure that the ingredients get mixed equally so there’s no pieces or chunks at the bottom.
