The thing about water is that even though everyone knows how healthy it is, not everyone loves drinking it all the time. Most people enjoy it from time to time, but struggle to maintain a consistent intake of the good quality H20 that they need. There are all kinds of reasons for this, but if you’re one of those people, we’re here to say that if you exercise more, you’ll find water a lot easier to drink moving forward.

You’ll Appreciate Water More

When you’re coming off the heels of a half-hour-long intense workout, you’ll be craving water like crazy. It’s just human nature to be drawn to such a natural and healthy drink (which our bodies are comprised mostly of), especially after a workout.

You’ll Start to Love the Taste More

The reason that many people have a hard time drinking a lot of water is that they simply don’t find the taste very interesting. They find it bland. However, the more you put yourself into a position where you crave water (like exercising), the more your body—which includes your taste buds—will connect to what makes it so darn tasty.
