As the recent pandemic has caused everyone to quarantine themselves more than they’ve ever done in their life, home workouts have trended quite a lot. This has led to many people arguing that people should forget gyms altogether. However, in a world where social distancing isn’t a real thing, here’s why going to a gym is actually a great option.

Better Equipment

There’s a reason you have to pay a monthly fee to go to the gym. It’s because you’re gaining access to state-of-the-art equipment, the kind that you’d never be able to get at home. Social Life

Assuming we’re not talking about corona times, we can always benefit from being around other people. Seeing others gives us energy, and in the case of gym culture—can even hold us accountable to our workout routines.

Getting Out of the House

Although quarantine life has caused many of us to get extremely creative with our routines, it also sucks to be cooped up all day. By having a gym membership, it’ll push you to get out of the house and experience the world around you some more.
