It’s tempting to put on a new episode of your favorite show to keep you company while you’re exercising, but being mindful will get you much further. Listening to music is okay, but it should motivate you to work harder, not slow you down.

Goals

Without set goals, you can’t track your progress and definitely can’t get the most out of your workouts. It’s important to have long-term goals as well as small, achievable goals to keep you going.

Becoming an instructor will give you a huge push towards being the best at what you do. You can organize classes locally or post videos online for people to follow.
