Priyanka Chopra Explains How Quarantine Changed Her Wellness Routine

Quarantine completely changed the way millions of people around the world approach fitness and a healthy diet. One of those people just happens to be famous actress Priyanka Chopra, who admitted that she’s gotten really serious about fitness while spending a lot of time at home.

Chopra previously starred in several pretty physically demanding projects, including Quantico and Baywatch, but quarantine led to an even more dramatic improvement of her workout routine and diet.

“I never worked out as consistently as I have during the quarantine. I also pay attention to my diet. I was very used to eating dinner right before I went to bed, but I changed that completely… I start my day with some exercise, and I make sure I’m drinking lots of water,” said Chopra.

The actress also admitted that being in her thirties made her realize the importance of health and wellness because she wasn’t as concerned about these things when she was younger. Her husband Nick Jonas also played an important role in encouraging her to live and eat healthier, because he’s very particular about his eating habits due to being diabetec.
