Even celebrities struggle with workout motivation sometimes and have to take a break every once in a while. That’s the case with Vanessa Hudgens, who recently admitted she hasn’t worked out in almost a month, but her return to the gym was truly epic.
In a recent Instagram post, the former Disney star confirmed she returned to the celebrity-approved gym Dogpound. The video shows her going through a series of intense exercises alongside her trainer Julia Brown while wearing a face mask.
In the first video, Hudgens and Brown are shown performing a series of squat jumps with a resistance band, which look intense and fun at the same time. They lightened things up by twerking during the break and continued by performing even more intense squat variations.
In addition to glute exercises, the duo was also shown doing leg raises with ankle weights in one of Hudgens’ Instagram stories. She admitted that “the struggle was real” after not working out for almost an entire month, but she obviously managed to bounce back pretty quickly after her gym-break and we’re looking forward to more of her workout videos.
